This is a compliance-focused, process-driven role with responsibility for managing the administrative aspects of new client onboarding, AML compliance and CRM administration.The role is non-advisory but carries a high level of responsibility and requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end administrative onboarding process for new clientsTrack onboarding progress and ensure all steps are completed accuratelyManage the full AML / KYC compliance process in line with Irish regulatory requirements and internal proceduresMaintain accurate compliance records and audit trailsMaintain and update client records in Zoho CRMEnsure CRM pipelines, statuses and client data are accurate and up to dateManage and monitor the shared inbox, responding to routine queries and escalating matters where appropriateSupport general administrative tasks related to client records and internal systemsRequired Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in a client onboarding, compliance, operations or administrative roleExcellent written and spoken EnglishExperience using CRM systems (Zoho experience a strong advantage)High attention to detail and accuracy to follow defined processesProactive with strong organisational skillsComfortable working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a remote environmentJob Type: Part-timePay: €23,500.00-€27,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 25 per weekBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Remote
