We are working with a leading Real Estate developer to appoint an Investment Manager who oversee the identification of site acquisitions for future development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Working directly with the Head of Investments to identify development opportunitiesCorresponding directly with senior stakeholders to provide advice and updates on existing and potential investmentsThe provision of regular investment updates and financial reportingAsset management of a large portfolio of real estate assets including managing relationships with property managers and tenants, advising on leasing, rent reviews, asset strategy, dilapidations, refurbishment programs, and provision of regular investment updatesCritical analysis of investment propositions to include the preparation of financial analysis and modelling, detailed investment appraisals and carrying out detailed due diligenceMonitoring the property investment market for potential opportunities
Requirements:Professional Qualification desired in Real Estate (Chartered Surveyor)Strong technical and analytical skillsPrevious experience in real estate asset management or investmentExcellent written and communication skillsProven self -starter with good organisation skills and ability to work to deadlinesFlexible and positive attitude to work with a professional and friendly manner
