Senior Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding Valuation & Advisory team

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake valuations, negotiations, and inspections across a wide range of commercial property and land.
* Prepare detailed, well-reasoned valuation reports to the highest professional standards.
* Lead or assist on complex valuation instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to the ongoing review and enhancement of team processes and procedures.
* Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
* Actively contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider organisation.
Requirements
* Registered Valuer with 2–5 years' post-qualification experience.
* MRICS / MSCSI qualified.
* Strong working knowledge of Argus Valuations, Capitalisation, and Developer valuation packages.
* Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
