Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
* You design and assemble automated test fixtures that meet quality and safety standards (CE marking).
* You improve existing test fixture designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* You create requirements and robust designs to meet business needs, while developing validation and verification plans to ensure test fixture functionality and reliability.
* You analyze test data to determine and eliminate root causes of issues using sound engineering principles.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in a test fixture development role.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering technical discipline.
* Strong manufacturing, mechanical/electromechanical/automation design skillset.
* Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as Labview, C, C++, and C.
