Job Overview
The Contracts Director is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading the contractual and commercial management of multiple projects. This includes negotiating and executing contracts that align with company objectives and client requirements.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contractual lifecycle from tender support and contract negotiation to project execution, variation management, and final account. You will ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, internal governance policies
, as well as provide strategic leadership to commercial site teams., act as senior point contact clients on matters related contracting, whilst ensuring successful delivery programs terms cost quality risk including regular travel project locations across Europe
