You will work closely with commercial, sales, and international marketing teams to drive consumer engagement, support retail growth, and deliver measurable business results.The successful candidate will enjoy balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution and will thrive in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.Key FocusDigital Marketing & EcommerceDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and online revenue growth.Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across search, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, and emerging digital channels.Design and implement lead generation initiatives that support commercial growth objectives and strengthen customer engagement.Drive organic growth through SEO, content optimisation, online merchandising, and digital best practices.Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, return on advertising spend, and revenue contribution.Produce regular performance reports and insights, translating data into clear recommendations and actionable business improvements.Collaborate with ecommerce and commercial teams to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve conversion performance.Evaluate new marketing technologies, platforms, and agency partners to support future growth.Retail MarketingDevelop and deliver marketing plans with strategic retail and distribution partners to support sales growth and strengthen brand presence.Lead local market launch activity for new product ranges and seasonal campaigns, ensuring successful execution across multiple channels.Create engaging retail marketing programmes including point-of-sale materials, in-store experiences, promotional campaigns, and shopper marketing initiatives.Partner with sales teams to develop marketing tools, presentations, and materials that support commercial objectives.Manage the planning and execution of trade events, partner showcases, customer activations, and industry exhibitions.Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and production partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Maintain consistent brand standards across all consumer and retail touchpoints.Occasional international travel may be required.Skills & ExperienceDegree qualified in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.Minimum five years' experience in a digital, retail, channel, or commercial marketing role.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.Proven experience managing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.Experience working with retail partners, distributors, or large customer accounts is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, commercial, and product teams.Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and external partners.Fluent English essential.
