About the role
A Day in the life of a Commercial Food Lead is dynamic. Reporting to the Commercial Food Manager, you will collaborate with branded partners on new menu launches, analyse sales data to spot emerging trends, and resolve supply‑chain challenges. You will balance strategic planning with hands‑on problem solving, working closely with Food Operations, suppliers, and third‑party delivery partners. Flexibility, agility, and adaptability are key to thriving in this fast‑paced environment.

* Forecasting & Budgeting – manage cost of goods, prepare accurate forecasts, and contribute to budget planning.
