A well-established Dublin law firm is seeking to recruit a Solicitor with
1-2 years' post-qualification experience
to join its busy and growing Employment team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to develop their experience within a supportive and collegiate environment, working closely with experienced practitioners on a broad range of employment matters.
The role will involve:
* advising employer and employee clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues;
* drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies, and workplace documentation;
* managing WRC and Labour Court matters;
* supporting senior solicitors on complex advisory and litigation work; and
* building and maintaining strong client relationships.
