Job Purpose
To profitably grow the HEINEKEN Ireland draught and packaged portfolio in the on trade channel through strong execution of commercial programs, excellence at the point of purchase and development of effective customer business relationships.

PG Regional Manager
Key Accountabilities
* Achievement of volume, financial and quality targets in your territory through working in partnership with customers.
* Development of territory level sales and resource plans that identify and leverage key opportunities
* Development of Customer Account Plans, which will enable Joint Business Planning with customers.
* Management of customer business relationships through provision of consulting services for the on trade channel.
* driving footfall to the on trade
* growing the customer's total business,
* driving HIL categories
* driving HIL brands.
* Implementation and updating of the Territory and Joint Business Plans and removal of barriers to execution
* Development of outlet quality by implementing the quality standards set out by Heineken Ireland and in partnership with the local Quality team.
* Execution of the channel activation plan in partnership with the Trade Marketing team.
* Effective response to customer issues and service requests through liaising with the relevant internal departments.
* Assessment of HIL and competitor programmes and feedback to the relevant internal functions.
* Collection and maintenance of customer and market intelligence, by spending time in trade at night observing consumer habits, behaviours, occasions.
* Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Knowledge, Experience And Development Potential
* A third level business qualification (University degree).
* 2-3 years + Sales experience and knowledge is required.
* Strong Analytical skills
* Excellent organisation and planning capability
* Business relationship and partnership building
* Expertise in point of purchase excellence, underpinned by a strong understanding of the market and consumer drivers and insights.
* Strong IT skills and an awareness and interest in leveraging social media platforms.
* Demonstrate a high level of learning agility
