We're seeking a Global Project Engineer with a hands-on approach, strong mechanical background, and a desire to work on-site with real equipment, not just behind a desk.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and support engineering projects from design through to installation and commissioning
Travel extensively (60-70% annually) to support sites in France, Spain, UK, North America, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand
Deliver practical engineering solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and performance across manufacturing systems
Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What you'll bring:
Mechanical engineering degree (essential)
3-5+ years' experience in a practical engineering role - hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, or trade backgrounds preferred
Experience with CAD or similar software; able to read 2D/3D technical drawings and P&IDs
Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with extended travel
