About the Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant with Leadcare, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, working with clients to ensure their well-being, dignity, and independence. You will assist with daily activities, provide essential care, and offer companionship to those in need.
Salary: £13.25 - £25.00 per hour - (£28,000 per year)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
* Supporting mobility and physical activity
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Ensuring clients’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
* Following care plans and reporting observations to the care team

Requirements:
* 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
* NISSC Registered
* Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility with shifts and reliable transportation
