We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Supervisor to support daily park operations, carry out daily activities, and lead frontline staff. This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and ensuring everything runs according to plan.
Position Overview:
The role is designed for a hands on Operations Supervisor with experience of supervision and leading teams. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and enhancing the guest experience of our attraction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position involves overseeing the general day-to-day operations, developing and applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the efficient running of Jurassic Newpark, ensuring a seamless guest experience through supervising and supporting the Team during shifts.
* Carry out and oversee daily operational activities.
* Ensure all required tasks and procedures are completed correctly and in line with standards.
* Assist with staff scheduling, break management, and task coordination.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally.
* Prioritise health and safety measures, conducting regular checks of dinosaurs, toys, games, and equipment to maintain a safe, family-friendly environment.
* Implement SOPs and checklists to streamline daily tasks.
* Ensure all health, safety, and park procedures are followed at all times.
* Step in operationally where required to maintain efficient park operations
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or customer-facing role (preferred) preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
* Interest in themed attractions or entertainment is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
