We will consider only candidates if they have the APA Insurance qualification or one exam done. Our client, a privately-owned General Insurance Broker, has an exciting opportunity available within their Personal Lines team.
Role
* Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls too.
* Managing the sales process for new prospects
* Deal with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat.
* Offer the complete range of insurance products – car, van, motor, house, farm and more!
* Hybrid working: once a week to the office; also open to full-time or part-time arrangements with a 3- or 4-day week.
Profile / Qualifications
* Background in sales or tele-sales, strong organizational skills.
* Working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status.
* Excellent communication and telephone skills, with proficiency in administration.
* The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced office environment and maintain a sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary DOE and qualification (up to 36K base per year).
* A realistic and achievable targeted bonus structure, with bonus payments distributed after each trimester and a yearly target bonus.
* Holiday allowance of 22 days.
