Staff in Botany currently work on a wide range of plants and fungi, and their interactions with other organisms, in the context of global environmental change and societal challenges. The Teaching Fellow will contribute to teaching in the School of Natural Sciences, at undergraduate level, by coordinating and teaching one module per semester, as well as contributing into other Botany modules, including field courses, and inputting to other relevant modules in the Environmental Science & Engineering Course (TR064) and Biological & Biomedical Sciences stream of the Science Course (TR060). They will also coordinate three other modules at MSc level, contributing to the School of Natural Sciences taught MSc in Biodiversity & Conservation, Environmental Sciences, Smart & Sustainable Cities, and Trinity Business School taught MSc in Responsible Business and Sustainability. The candidate will supervise final year undergraduate and MSc student research projects and desk studies.
