We're partnering with a major Irish brand to hire a CRM Campaign Specialist
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer campaigns, working across digital channels, and keeping projects well organized from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver customer campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and launched on time
• Support customer engagement initiatives and help prepare store teams for upcoming promotions
• Maintain a clear campaign calendar and manage activity across multiple touchpoints
• Review campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
• Help refine processes, streamline workflows, and suggest ways to strengthen the overall CRM approach
What we're looking for
• Experience in CRM, or digital marketing
• Solid campaign management skills across digital channels
• Confident working with data, reporting, and customer insights
• Able to manage suppliers and technical elements of campaign delivery
• Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling several projects at once
