Overview of Role:
This unique opportunity offers aspiring legal professionals the chance to gain invaluable work experience while developing the essential competencies required to be part of a Legal department.
In this role, you will work to support the legal team in Ireland and will be immersed in the dynamic world of environmental solutions. You will gain a core understanding of our operations, alongside developing essential knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the legal profession. Job Description
* Provide assistance to the legal team as required
* Review and/or prepare draft NDAs
* Review supplier standard terms and conditions of sale/supply
* Review customer contracts
* Provide support and advice on contract management (dealing with day to day queries on contracts), with support from the legal team
* Assist with drafting agreements and amendments to agreements
* Document preparation and administrative tasks - prepare legal documents such as termination letters, letters of dispute, compile contracts, format legal documents, document management, locate and store documents (hard and electronic copies)
* Arrange contract signing
* Assist the Legal team by carrying out legal research
* Ad hoc duties
Qualifications
* Graduate with law degree or other relevant qualification
* Excellent proficiency in English (written and oral)
* Excellent IT skills with an excellent level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel to produce a high quality documentation and to maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with confidentiality.
* Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
* Ability to accurately interpret and follow instructions.
* Exceptional organisation skills.
* The capacity to work well under pressure.
* An individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
