Accounts Payable Shared Services Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, business professional, to build on our market leadership position.
The candidate should have exceptionally strong understanding of Accounts payable processes.
Successful candidate must have a proven track record of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines, has strong accounting, reporting and analytical skills.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Accounts payable functions
Strong Analytical skills to analyze aged creditors balances
Work close with other departments regarding query resolution on vendor accounts.
Ensure all vendor statements align with vendor accounts.
Escalate any problem areas to management teams
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the suppliers and wider teams across the business
Maintain a high standard of work instructions on AP reconciliation Processes
Process monthly reconciliations across all business entities including Durbin Ireland according to audit compliance.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills Required
SAP Experience
Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels in a large organization, inside and outside of the finance function
Strong excel skills
Strong Analytical skills
Very strong communication skills to deal on a regular basis with staff at all levels of the organization and in all functions
Proven ability to operate as part of a multi-functional team.
Knowledge of reconciling accounts
Able to respond promptly to treasury and Finance queries, managing their expectations
