We are seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative with strong analytical skills to manage customer profiles, optimise margins, and set competitive rates. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on maximising sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate quotations via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy and a commercial approach to maximise profitability.
* Liaise with operations to meet customer needs, resolve enquiries efficiently, and enhance cost-effective solutions.
* Utilise Azyra automated systems to manage customer data and maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
* Build and maintain customer profiles to refine pricing strategies and drive revenue growth.
* Gather customer insights to improve services and inform business decisions.
* Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to enhance sales performance.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or 3PL.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A commercially driven mindset with experience in rate setting and margin analysis.
* A second European language is an advantage.
