Expert Property are seeking a handyman with an excellent knowledge of property maintenance to join their expanding business. The role is full time and available for an immediate start. The majority of works will be in Dublin. A company vehicle is available.
The candidate will be expected to have good knowledge and experience of property maintenance - including electrical works, minor building repairs or upgrades/ fitting of appliances/ painting/ carpentry/ flooring/furniture or equipment moving / scheduled maintenance tasks and any other general building/repair tasks.
This role requires a dependable, hard working person with competent construction knowledge who can assist to ensure we deliver top quality workmanship on any job we complete.
This role has good long term opportunities and secure employment for the suitable candidate.
