We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Culinary Team Member to join our team in Galway.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in the development of the kitchen team and product offered.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Senior Chefs through excellent communication to drive kitchen performance and quality.
2. Manage sections of the kitchen to a high standard as required, ensuring exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
3. Prepare dishes from start to finish as requested by the Senior Chefs, adhering to menu specifications and portion control.
4. Ensure mise en place is ready on time and tailored to forecasted business levels, maintaining optimal efficiency and minimizing waste.
5. Maintain spotless work areas at all times, contributing to a clean and safe working environment.
