Job Title: Clinical Trial Packaging Material Coordinator
This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented diverse team of professionals across various functions, including Finance, Information Technology, Medical, and Clinical Trials. You will be responsible for supporting the portfolio for Phase 1, 2, or 3 clinical trials, collaborating with packaging CMOs, and developing knowledge about packaging and labeling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign pipeline compounds within Lilly's portfolio to support packaged clinical trial materials dispensed to patients in studies.
- Build relationships across groups throughout Product Delivery and external partners, knowing key partners for help, advisement, and escalation.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with FING Plant Planners, CT Supply Planning Molecule Planners and Supply Managers, and Packaging and Distribution Quality.
- Access, create, and provide documentation for packagers, reviewing batch records, and collaborating with Lilly quality and external packaging partners to manage details and timeline of all assigned CT orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Science in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related field, OR HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience in clinical.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification can set candidate apart from others.
- Experience in managing inventory/supplies or complex supply chains, as well as basic knowledge of clinical trial packaging, is also a differentiator between candidates.
