Cairn is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join their construction team.
The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, overseeing the quality of installation for M&E systems across various residential projects.
* Monitor and follow up on the quality of installation for M&E systems over multiple residential projects.
* Develop and implement M&E quality systems, including online management portals.
* Supervise M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring quality expectations are achieved.
* Support site construction management teams in managing on-site M&E installations.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar role, an M&E related background, and relevant certification.
