The organisation is growing and continues to expand its programme offering in line with industry needs.Key Responsibilities:· Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting· Procurement process· Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations· Liaise with external accountants, funders, and financial institutions· Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements· Support payroll and HR-related administrative functions· Supporting general office administration, systems, and processes· Contribute to business planning and development.· Deliver excellent customer service.Requirements:· A relevant qualification in accounting or finance management· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial role· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks and improve systems· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Xero, Collsoft) and Microsoft Office (strong knowledge of Excel)· Industry knowledge or experience strong advantage.What We Offer:· A supportive and collaborative working environment (please note this position is based full time in our Carrick on Shannon office)· Opportunities for career growth and development· A chance to be part of a growing business with exciting plans aheadTo Apply:Please send your CV and a short cover letter to by 16th of January 2026.We look forward to hearing from you
