We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation who are seeking
temporary Corporate Admin Executives and Customer Support Executives
to join their Dublin 8 team during their busiest period (October–January).
Location: Dublin 8 (onsite)
Pay rate: €15 per hour + completion bonus
These roles are ideal for candidates with
administration, retail OR customer service experience
who are organised, detail-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
The opportunities
Depending on your skills and interests, you'll either focus on:
1. Corporate Admin Executive
* Uploading and managing client orders in internal systems
* Preparing and dispatching physical orders
* Processing order updates, cancellations, and compliance checks
* Supporting corporate clients with invoicing and order queries
* Helping ensure smooth operations during peak demand
2. Customer Support Executive
* Providing sales and order support to corporate clients by phone and email
* Handling recipient (end-user) queries by phone and email
* Logging support tickets, managing updates, and ensuring timely resolution
* Liaising with internal teams for accurate information
* Supporting wider customer service operations and KPIs
What we're looking for
* Previous admin or customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail and solid Excel/Word skills
* Friendly, resilient, and enthusiastic team players
* Problem-solvers who enjoy helping customers
* Quick learners who can work well under pressure
Contract details
* Start: October/November
* Finish: Between December 24 and January 16
* 4 Saturdays before Christmas required (Nov 29, Dec 6, Dec 13, Dec 20)
