We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our senior leadership team in the day-to-day management and clinical governance of a nursing home.
This role is ideal for a strong, passionate leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older people. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting the Director of Nursing with the organisation, management, and operation of the nursing home.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Director of Nursing in clinical and operational management tasks;
* Assume responsibility for service delivery in their absence;
* Maintain compliance with Health Act 2007 regulations and HIQA standards;
