Skills and Attributes
* Recognised Management Programme
* Experience working within the area of intellectual disability
* Full clean Irish manual driving licence
* In-depth knowledge and experience of HIQA regulation
* QQI Level 8 qualification is desirable; applicants with Level 7 degrees and relevant experience will also be considered
* CORU recognised Social Care Qualification

Clinical Nurse Manager 1 / Social Care Leader / PIC
CRS (Dublin Service)
*Salary subject to relevant public sector experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
Requirements include:
* NMBI registration or QQI Level 8 qualification (considered equivalent for applicants with Level 7 degrees and relevant experience; eligibility for CORU registration is essential)
* CORU recognised Social Care Qualification (see link below)
* Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent, or a commitment to undertake training
* Full clean Irish manual driving licence
* In-depth knowledge and experience of HIQA regulation
* Experience working within the area of intellectual disability
* Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID)
* Knowledge of person-centred planning and standards such as New Directions for Day Services and Easitool
Responsibilities include:
* Providing care and support through a person-centred approach that meets the practical, physical, and emotional needs of residents, both adults and children with intellectual disabilities, ABI, or Autism
Applicants must demonstrate:
* The ability to adopt a holistic, person-centred approach
* Support individuals to live their best lives and develop skills in areas of interest and learning
* Level 2 behavioural competencies as outlined in the Avista competency framework
