KYC UAT Lead Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a skilled KYC UAT Lead Analyst to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in User Acceptance Testing within financial services and strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations.
The successful candidate will develop User Acceptance Test plans, manage defects and work closely with various teams in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing comprehensive User Acceptance Test plans that ensure seamless integration with existing systems;
* Managing defect resolution through effective collaboration with development teams;
* Cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams to drive project success;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in User Acceptance Testing within financial services;
2. In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and their practical application;
3. Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise test plans that meet business requirements;
