An established and growing infrastructure and access solutions company is seeking experienced, safety-conscious Tube and Fitting scaffolders to join a dynamic team on-site in Kildare. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hands-on, varied work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assemble, modify, and dismantle tube and fitting scaffolding systems safely on-site.
2. Ensure all work meets Health & Safety regulations and site-specific safety procedures.
3. Conduct daily inspections of scaffold structures and report issues promptly.
4. Maintain scaffolding equipment, tools, and materials in excellent working order.
5. Support project planning and co-ordination with site supervisors and colleagues.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
Requirements
7. Proven experience in Tube and Fitting scaffolding, ideally in commercial or large-scale industrial settings.
8. Valid safe pass and CSCS cards;
9. Safety-focused mindset.
10. Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
11. Physically fit and comfortable working at height.
12. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work schedules as project demands vary.
