Type: Part-time, 20hours per week split over 5 days

Role Description:
As a Marketing Graduate, you will support our mission to elevate credit union membership and engagement through strategic marketing, digital campaigns, and community outreach. You'll gain hands-on experience across content creation, campaign management, research, and brand awareness initiatives that align with local community values.
Key Functions
* Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
* Support content creation (blogs, newsletters, social posts, internal communications).
* Assist with event planning (e.g., community days)
* Collaborate with business development team on promotional activities.
* Aid in campaign personalisation, ensuring materials resonate locally across branches
* Track performance metrics and assist in reporting outcomes.
* Coordinate with ILCU representatives and share best practices and collateral.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media, email, content creation).
* Creativity paired with attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within community-focused teams
Desirable
* Experience (academic, internship, or volunteer) in campaign management, content creation, or communication roles—particularly within non-profits or financial services.
* Basic understanding of market research tools and techniques.
* Interest in community outreach and financial inclusion initiatives.
Key Competencies:
* Familiarity with compliance and advertising standards in the Irish financial sector
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
* Ability to interpret ideas and create content based on same
