Bid Coordinator

DOE: €45k – €55k
Company Overview:
A main contractor who has various ongoing projects across the Galway and Connaught area are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team based in Galway.
Job Summary:
* Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and eTender prequalification documents and quotes,
* Coordinate and gather information, to complete bid responses
* Ensure bid documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time
* Format and proofread proposal content to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Maintain and organise the tender document library and bid templates
* Track bid deadlines and ensure all stakeholders are aware of submission timelines
* Support the preparation of bid presentations and supporting documents
* Assist with contract reviews and administrative compliance checks
* Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in a construction environment with bid administration, bid coordination or a similar administrative role, including eTenders.
* High attention to detail with an excellent writing ability
* Deadline driven with effective time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Experience in end-to-end bid management
* Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software with a readiness to adapt to new technologies as needed.
