This role is a locally embedded, field-based, promotional position that unlocks value along patient journeys.
Mission & Responsibilities
Act as a system thinker across the entire patient journey, creating value via a Triple Win approach.
Develop and implement a local Outcomes Based Plan for a therapeutic area, driving improved patient outcomes.
Co-create solutions in partnership with external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and aligning with internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary (non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, facilitating smooth interactions and positive experiences.
Steward Roche's products throughout their lifecycle, supporting appropriate use in a factual and balanced manner.
Facilitate information provision on disease areas and relevant Roche solutions upon request.
Strategically prioritise and deliver projects and initiatives that improve patient outcomes.
Who are you
You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the patient journey, possess a strong entrepreneurial mentality, and exhibit outstanding partnering capabilities (coaching, consulting, deep listening, questioning and understanding).
Skills & Experience
Visionary leadership: defining and embedding strategy to create improved patient journeys.

Self-managed, self-directed, and altruistic support of the Roche global network.

Proficient in English to collaborate across the broader Roche enterprise.
