Part Time Supervisor Job Title: Supervisor Location: Randalstown Salary: £14.02ph Hours: 3 evening shifts, 1-2 day shifts Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations during evening and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and guide the team during your shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards. Ensure stock is replenished as needed and manage date rotation Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store, and ensuring security measures are followed. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist with the smooth operation of the store, ensuring staff are organised, and tasks are prioritised effectively. Required Skills & Qualities: Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent customer service skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for store operations during your shift. Strong attention to detail.
