As a Network Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving network issues and incidents in a timely manner.
You will work closely with our network team to implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems, as well as collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement network security protocols. In addition, you will train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common network problems.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of network protocols, switches, routers, and firewalls, as well as proven experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure and systems. Furthermore, you must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
