We're working with a well-established Managed Services Provider in the South-East seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home and the office.The RoleAs Senior Account Manager, youll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, building strong long-term relationships and acting as their trusted technology partner. Youll identify opportunities to enhance client operations through managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions while driving account growth through consultative selling and new business development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop key client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfactionIdentify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities across managed IT, cloud, and security servicesGenerate and convert new business leads through the full sales cycle to contract stageCollaborate closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolutionLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop strategic IT roadmaps for clientsManage renewals, expansions, and SLA adherence across your portfolioStay informed on emerging technologies and industry developmentsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records using CRM and PSA toolsConsistently achieve revenue growth and client retention targetsAbout YouMinimum 5 years experience in IT account management, ideally within an MSP or IT consultancyProven success in developing and growing B2B client accountsStrong technical understanding of:Managed IT & Helpdesk SupportCybersecurity (firewalls, endpoint protection, SOC)Cloud Solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)Networking & InfrastructureBackup & Disaster RecoveryVoIP / Teams VoiceExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsConfident engaging with C-level, technical, and procurement stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skills with a proactive, self-driven approachExperience working in SLA-driven environments and familiarity with CRM/PSA tools such as AutoTaskWhats on OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionCompany car and fuel cardHybrid working arrangementCareer progression within a growing MSPSupportive and collaborative cultureModern office base in the South-East regionThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated account manager to take the next step in their IT services career, joining a growing business with genuine progression potential.
