About Your New Job
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on commercial heating and cooling systems.
Diagnose and repair issues in heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems.
Communicate with management about procedures and work order statuses.
Inspect HVAC systems and components, assess conditions, identify necessary repairs, and recommend preventive measures.
Install heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems.
Perform testing, commissioning, and validation for Air and Water systems.
Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in optimal condition.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Support and mentor engineers and apprentices, managing small project works.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet business needs, manage client relationships, and reconcile accounts.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota (typically 1 week in 7, subject to team rotation).
What Skills You Need
At least 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience.
Experience in minor HVAC plant repairs and servicing.
Proficiency in using testing and commissioning instruments.
Experience in maintaining and repairing Chillers, Split AC, VRV systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Boilers, and Pumping Systems.
A valid and clean driver's license - Class B.
Strong report writing skills and the ability to follow up with customers.
Knowledge and experience with facility systems.
