About the Company
Working with a reputable commercial fit out Contractor who specialise in delivering interesting commercial packages across a variety of sectors including, hospitality, commercial & industrial projects across the Dublin Region.
They are seeking a Project Manager who has experience managing the installation of high value fit out packages with particular interest in those bespoke hotel & office experience.
Looking for someone who is strong with H&S, cost management, driving onsite work force, working with design teams & clients and overseeing a of direct staff members.

The Role
* Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to the Contracts Manager.
* Create, monitor and update project programme
* Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
* Deal directly with local authorities and clients and update them on the project's development.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working with a commercial fit out contractor or main contractor on internals in Dublin
* Experience managing hotel fit outs, office fit outs and hospitality.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
