Voluntary Treasurer Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced treasurer to join our board of directors.
* The ideal candidate will have a relevant finance qualification, such as an accounting or auditing certification.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Oversight of financial management, including preparation of annual budgets and review of financial policies and procedures;
* Attending board meetings to provide expert advice on financial matters;
* Liaising with the director and bookkeeper to ensure effective financial management practices are in place;
