About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain software across multiple systems. You will work closely with engineers, product partners, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into practical, well‑designed solutions. You will also support and mentor colleagues, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop software components across multiple systems
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements
Write, review, and improve code and technical documentation
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Contribute to code quality through testing, reviews, and shared standards
Support and mentor other engineers
Learn and apply new technologies and approaches as needed
Requirements:
Professional experience in software engineering or a related field
Strong experience with Java and API development (REST and/or SOAP)
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures
Familiarity with testing practices such as unit and integration testing
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Experience with containers and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Ability to design and work with data models
