Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
o Ensure the deli operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
o Manage people and operations to deliver on key performance targets (sales and profitability).
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a team of deli staff, working closely with management to grow the business. They should be familiar with bakery, hot food, and pre-packaged food goods, and have experience with HACCP training and food safety procedures.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a senior food service role.
