Recruitment Support Specialist Role
This position provides critical support in the recruitment, coordination, and operational management of clients' staffing projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely onboarding of staff, and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliant staffing operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent and efficient staffing processes.
* Support the Recruitment Team with resourcing requirements, including procurement and operational processes.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of Recruitment/HR Administration experience, preferably with temporary staffing background.
* Proven ability to scale recruitment efforts rapidly, engage with senior stakeholders, and implement operational processes.
* Background in producing reports, analytical skills, and administration experience.
Qualifications:
* Relevant Third-Level qualification (Degree) or equivalent.
