Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
Conduct research on materials and technologies relevant to facade design.
Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications for facade components.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
Analyse building codes and standards to ensure compliance in facade designs.
Oversee the implementation of facade designs during the construction phase, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Experience you need: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
3 years+ proven experience in facade design within the architectural industry.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of building materials and facade technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic composition.
