Deputy Managers and Social Care Managers
to join well-established services across
County Tipperary
, supporting both
Children's Residential Services
and
Adult Disability Services
.

About the Roles:
Successful candidates will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day management of services, supporting staff teams, ensuring high standards of care, and promoting person-centred practice in line with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the effective management of residential and community-based services
* Lead, mentor, and support staff teams
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, regulatory, and quality standards
* Promote person-centred practice and positive outcomes
* Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Social Care or related discipline
* Significant experience within children's residential or disability services
* Previous experience in a supervisory, deputy manager, or management role
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
* Full clean driving licence
* CORU registered or in the process
