The Role
We are currently recruiting a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a successful retail store in Clonmel.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take full responsibility for store performance and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising
Recruit, train, and develop team members to support career progression and strong performance
Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to drive commercial success
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor
About You
Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or footwear retail
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance
Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Commercially minded, target-driven, and passionate about customer experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Full visa to work in Ireland full time
