Your desk is in Donegal. Your playing field is international.What You'll Actually DoWe're looking for a Financial Administrator who will help keep our financial engine running smoothly as we scale. You'll be responsible for processing, controlling, and managing financial data — from invoices to ledgers — working closely with our Finance Manager to make sure everything is accurate, organized, and ready for growth.You'll also play a key role in improving how we use Odoo (our ERP system), helping ensure clean data and clear financial visibility across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Managing accounts receivable and accounts payableProcessing, checking, and booking incoming and outgoing invoicesCommunicating with creditors regarding invoice paymentsDebtor management in collaboration with the sales teamBank and cash managementManaging direct debit collectionsGeneral ledger administrationAssisting with the monthly closing processSupporting financial administration across multiple regions and entitiesWhen you join us, you'll be stepping onto a fast-moving train.
