Job Description
The MSA Program Manager is responsible for leading the Digital MSA teams, maintaining strong client relationships, managing service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across multiple managed services agreements.
* Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple managed services agreements to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
* Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with cross-functional disciplinary teams to align services with client expectations and company standards.
* Monitor service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies across managed services agreements.
* Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions with clients.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the managed services teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Support training and continuous development initiatives for team members.
