Job Title
A Property Legal Secretary plays a vital role in the Commercial Property Department by providing legal secretarial support to Solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe dictations and save documents electronically on our practice management system for seamless collaboration.
2. Format legal documents, file, invoice, and perform general administrative tasks with precision.
3. Prepare registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents using the Property Registration Authority website for timely completion.
4. Schedule title documents, prepare contracts for sale, and closing documentation efficiently.
5. Prepare ROS online returns and manage data rooms using HighQ for optimal results.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will occasionally provide reception cover ensuring seamless office operations.
