We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Cyber Security transformation programme. This role requires someone with a strong track record in complex IT change, governance, and stakeholder management, ideally in regulated or large-scale environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Cyber Security programme, managing budgets and resources, driving change management, and reporting to senior stakeholders. They must have 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years on large IT/business transformation projects, and proven experience delivering Cyber Security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading Cyber Security programme delivery (planning, governance, risk & issue management)
* Managing budgets, resources, and external vendors
* Driving change management and adoption across the business
* Reporting to senior stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout
Requirements:
* 10+ years' project management experience, with at least 5 years on large IT/business transformation projects
* Proven experience delivering Cyber Security initiatives
* Professional PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Right to work in Ireland/UK (no sponsorship available)
