Role Overview:
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations and achieving performance levels as per the annual business plan.
* The successful candidate will be required to manage staff, allocate targets and business segments, and work with other branch managers to grow revenue through direct selling and account management.
About the Role:
* This position requires a relevant degree or CIP qualification.
* A proven track record in sales and relationship management is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, and call activity.
* Familiarity with policy administration, Microsoft Office, Intranet, Internet, and e-learning platforms.
* A full clean driving licence and reporting of sales performance and activity.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage sales office operations to achieve targets and performance levels.
* Lead and manage the performance of sales executives, development coordinators, and sales advisors.
* Provide coaching, development, and support to staff to ensure they demonstrate the required level of skill and knowledge.
* Allocate targets and business segments to staff members.
* Work with other branch managers to best utilise shared resources and grow revenue through direct selling and account management.
Responsibilities also include:

* Maintaining accurate records and reports.
