We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in C o Kilkenny, Ireland.

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home.
Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance.
Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required.
Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Experience or knowledge in supporting vulnerable individuals.
Training or experience working with older persons is advantageous but not essential.
Relevant studies or qualifications are desirable but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and reliability.
Ability to provide two valid and contactable references.
