Culinary Support Professional Role Overview
The Culinary Support Professional is responsible for providing support to the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, floors, and walls.
* Assist with food preparation, baking, and plating up according to GROWHQ recipes and methods.
* Help with stock rotation, stock control, and HACCP procedures.
Deliveries and Organisation:
* Receive and manage deliveries of equipment and food supplies.
* Ensure the storeroom remains well-organized and accessible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
